You are worthy of slowing down, sharing your experiences, and exploring your thoughts and feelings. You deserve to explore the values that matter most.

I help adults & college students with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationships and communication issues, perfectionism, self-worth, and transitional life stages. My approach is collaborative, inclusive, and playful. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, & Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. By analyzing your values and building your strengths, I hope you can reclaim your motivation & lead a life of meaning and fulfillment. My educational studies provided a strong theoretical & experiential foundation. My research focused on human stories of managing interpersonal conflict, particularly in intercultural heterosexual relationships where one partner is Latino/a and the other is white. I have experience working with children and their families in schools and short-term residential settings, as well as with young adults in college towns and adults in community mental health centers. I thrive when I can be outside in nature and enjoy spending time with my loved ones while skiing and hiking in the mountains, breathing in the salty ocean air, and searching for wildflowers that bring pops of color to the changing seasons. I am also fluent in Spanish.
