Allison Luebke

Providing care to adolescents, teens, and adults of all ages, Allison Luebke, LCSW, focuses on helping individuals and families across Illinois build resilience and strengthen their relationships. She creates a safe and compassionate therapeutic environment where clients can navigate life’s challenges and work toward lasting well-being. By partnering with her clients through individual and family therapy, she helps develop practical strategies that encourage personal growth and healing. Allison specializes in supporting those who are experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma-related concerns. Her clinical work incorporates evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness, to assist clients in understanding their emotions and improving their coping skills. Additionally, she works with families to facilitate better communication and foster stronger connections while they navigate obstacles together. Meeting clients where they are is a priority for Allison, who is particularly dedicated to supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community, military service members, veterans, and individuals involved in adoption or foster care. These focus areas allow her to blend clinical expertise with a deep sense of empathy for populations facing unique transitions and stressors. Outside of her professional practice, Allison enjoys reading fiction, spending time with her dog, trying new recipes, and attending live concerts.
