College can bring excitement and opportunity, but also stress, uncertainty, and pressure to figure out who you are and what you want. I provide a warm, collaborative space where college students can explore identity, relationships, and emotional well-being. My approach integrates psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral (CBT) therapy to help you understand yourself more deeply, manage anxiety and stress, and develop tools for meaningful growth.
