Welcome to a safe space for healing and personal growth. We will work together to find your path forward.

I have been in practice for over 20 years, and continue to feel immense gratitude for the unique, collaborative process of psychotherapy. I can help you tap into your innate, healing capacity and strengths. I will honor your suffering, and celebrate your moments of levity and joy. I enjoy helping people tap into authentic connections, try on new behaviors, build helpful practices, and engage creative energies. You will develop new insights, and explore new mindsets in support of your mental wellness and a life well lived. I look forward to getting to know you. This is a safe, affirming space. Feel free to ask any me any questions that help you determine best "fit" for treatment, and to consider options for working in therapy; The quality of the therapeutic connection, along with our mutually agreed upon focus for the work matters a great deal for positive outcomes. I am trained in variety of modalities and treatment models including interpersonal process work, family systems' work, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, somatic approaches, and traditional cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).
