(He/Him/His)
Counselor, Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC)
I believe that everyone’s path and journey in their life is uniquely individual to them, and they deserve a space for their story to be told.
I believe that everyone’s path and journey in their life is uniquely individual to them, and they deserve a space for their story to be told, recognized, heard, seen and valued. My mission above all is to be able to create an atmosphere that is foundationally built off respect and genuine interaction to allow for full exploration of all thoughts, ideas, and emotions. By doing this it allows us as a TEAM to work on goals set out by those I work with to achieve true growth and development. I practice from mostly a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy lens, as it allows me to integrate techniques to assist clients in developing awareness around negative thoughts/beliefs/behaviors such as personalizations, polarized thinking, overgeneralization, and more. This in turn helps clients learn skills not only for the present moment and immediate future, but for the rest of their newly shaped life journey. I work with individuals experiencing life transitions, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, disability concerns, cultural issues, and grief. I also work with individuals who are 15+.
