I enjoy working in areas of grief, self-esteem, depression, and body image concerns. Feel like you know all the coping skills, made all the connections from past events to current behaviors, but find yourself still struggling to get out of that negative mindset? Ethereal Embrace Counseling stemmed from my own journey of struggling to find a counselor with whom I not only connected but also approached therapy differently. I enjoy working with individuals who are also seeking something different in their treatment. A focus not only on the past and ways to "fix" you, but a focus on embracing you and your truest self.
