ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD? I work with college students across MA. Easy, virtual med management that fits into your busy campus life.

Hi, I’m Alicia, a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner and co-founder of Lumina Psychiatry. Over the years, I’ve worked closely with college students across Massachusetts and understand how stressful and overwhelming this stage of life can feel. At Lumina, I offer both virtual and in-person medication management in East Arlington for ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, and more. Whether you’re continuing a treatment plan that’s already working, exploring medication for the first time, planning ahead for study abroad, or navigating academic accommodations, we’ll work together to figure out what makes the most sense for you right now. My approach is thoughtful, flexible, and collaborative. I take the time to get to know each person I work with so we can make treatment decisions that align with your goals, lifestyle, and values, not just your symptoms. I specialize in ADHD medication management, trauma-informed care, and supporting life transitions for young adults and working professionals. I’m also an LGBTQIA+ affirming provider and accept several in-network plans, including Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Harvard Pilgrim, and Optum. I keep a small patient panel to ensure each person receives personalized, attentive care. If you’re curious about whether we’d be a good fit, feel free to visit my website, send me an email with any questions, or schedule an appointment online anytime.
