My space is built on unconditional acceptance, and I bring that into every session regardless of your identity, background, or what brings you through the door. I specialize in anxiety, OCD, eating disorders and body image, ADHD, substance use and recovery, and trauma. I use psychodynamic insight and trauma-informed care to get to the root — not just manage the surface — while building practical tools you can actually use in daily life.
