Alexis Santiago

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, I work with individuals navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, disordered eating, ADHD and other forms of neurodivergence, complex trauma, grief, and identity exploration. I create an affirming, collaborative space where clients of all ages feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow. I am especially passionate about LGBTQ+ affirming care and helping clients process the impact of systemic and institutional oppression. My approach is integrative and individualized, I use talk therapy with adults and psychodynamic play therapy with children, always tailoring treatment to reflect each person’s unique experiences and goals. I also offer consultation and support to parents and caregivers of young clients. Above all, I believe that clients are the experts on their own lives. Together, we build insight, develop meaningful tools, and deepen the connection to self, so each person can move forward with intention, confidence, and purpose.
