We are a small psychotherapy practice located in Cary, Apex, and Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina.

At STTA, mental health therapy in Cary, Apex, Fuquay-Varina and surrounding communities, we want to help you thrive both in your own life and in your relationships. Our therapists can help you navigate through the stuck places and out of survival mode. Our mental health counselors want to help you get back into living with a purpose and into a state of mind where you are in control of your thoughts and feelings allowing you to make healthier choices. Our goal as independently licensed therapists is to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment where an individual can explore their emotional needs and overcome barriers that limit their full potential.
