Hey! I'm Alexis and I can't wait to meet you. I've been a therapist for nearly 14 years now and I approach each person as an individual, making sure to meet them where they are emotionally and mentally. I feel it is important to tailor treatment to each individual's needs and construct a treatment plan with goals that are self determined.
