Alexis Hinds

Dr. Hinds earned her MD from Stanford University before completing General Psychiatry training at the University of New Mexico and specialized Child and Adolescent training at the University of Miami. Her background is heavily influenced by psychotherapy-focused programs, specifically psychodynamic and CBT, which highlight the importance of integrating therapy with medication for comprehensive care. She maintains a special clinical interest in ADHD, disruptive behavior disorders, and mood and anxiety disorders affecting children and transitional-age youth. Fluent in both English and French, Dr. Hinds brings extensive experience from crisis settings, residential treatment, and telepsychiatry.
