Alexis (Lexi) Bonilla
(She/Her/Hers)
Certified Social Worker (CSW)
Lexi works with folks struggling with anxiety, depression, eating disorders and body image concerns, relationship concerns and other life transitions.
Hi, I'm Lexi! I strive to create a warm, trusting, and non-judgmental therapeutic space where clients of all ethnicities, identities and abilities feel supported, safe, and heard. I believe there is no “one size fits all” approach to therapy, so I work alongside clients to create goals that are uniquely tailored to them. I am an anti-diet therapist and I incorporate intuitive eating principles and HAES (Health at Every Size) principles with folks wanting to repair their relationship with food and body image. I call out systems of oppression such as fatphobia, racism, ableism, and capitalism to support people in uncovering their self-worth and challenging the inner critic voice that tells you that you are not enough. When I’m not in the office you can find me cuddling with my two cats, Cheddar & Swiss or planning my next travel adventures. I enjoy reading, hiking, concerts, and exploring new places, experiences, and cuisines. I look forward to meeting you! Call or text me at 608-886-9033 or send me an email to get started, lexi@innerbloomcounseling.org
