I am an empathetic, compassionate and understanding therapist. I focus on helping my clients feel safe and comforted while exploring their unique concerns. I work effectively and compassionately with people of all ages, helping individuals and families to heal and grow. My goal as a therapist is to help people overcome their difficult symptoms, behaviors, relationship issues and other challenges interfering with their ability to live healthy, happy, meaningful lives. I am passionate about influencing body positivity and helping clients to identify their inherent self worth through the process of therapy. I have worked extensively in Eating Disorder treatment programs as an individual and group therapist treating co-occurring disorders including: Complex-PTSD, Personality Disorders, addiction, dissociation, self-harm, body image issues, trauma, abuse, neglect, anxiety disorders, and depression. As a Certified EMDR therapist, I focus on helping my clients relieve distressing emotional experiences and resolve core issues allowing for long-term healing. EMDR Therapy is a highly effective psychotherapeutic tool that produces long-lasting benefits for a wide variety of mental health concerns.
