She is dedicated to empowering her clients by deeply listening to their mind-body wellness goals and offering comprehensive support through medication management and lifestyle guidance. Alexandra is particularly passionate about addressing anxiety, depression, grief, and bipolar disorder, ensuring each individual receives personalized and effective treatment. Her clinical approach integrates medication management with individual therapy and a holistic understanding of each client's unique needs.
