I cultivate a compassionate and affirming environment. I will help you break old patterns, implement new strategies, and reclaim your confidence and joy.

Having worked in college counseling centers for nearly a decade as a staff psychologist and also as an assistant director, I can attest that I love working with students. I cultivate a compassionate, affirming, and nonjudgmental environment where you will feel deeply heard and understood. Whether you are dealing with overwhelming emotions, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, trauma, academic challenges, low self-worth, or you are simply feeling stuck, I will help you break old patterns, implement new strategies, and reclaim your confidence. I will assist you in harnessing your strengths to make positive change, experience relief, and achieve your goals. As your therapist, you will find me active, honest and warm. My approach integrates cognitive behavioral and mindfulness methods, and is also informed by AEDP, an emotion-focused, relational modality.
