Alexandra (Alex) Kelly

My area of interest is working with children, adolescents, and early adult age clients. I have experience working in community mental health agency settings with children and adolescents. I have extensive experience working with behavioral issues and developmental delays. I enjoy using therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectal Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused, and Person Centered approaches. My main goal is to work alongside clients to help them achieve their full potential and live a happier and more peaceful life! With a strong therapeutic relationship, safe environment, and non-judgmental stance, I believe that every client has the ability to make a desired change which can lead to a more fulfilling life. I have always had a passion for helping others and would love to help support you or walk through life with you!
