Supporting individuals and couples with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, and eating disorders.

When life’s challenges feel overwhelming, I’m here to help you find clarity, strengthen your relationships, and work through the complexities of life with more resilience. I specialize in couples therapy for relationship issues like conflict resolution, dating, divorce, infidelity, and intimacy concerns, as well as therapy for anxiety, depression, and personality disorders. Through a strengths-based and client-centered approach, I focus on helping you build self-awareness, find new ways to manage distress, and feel confident in your path forward. Drawing on CBT, DBT, and trauma-focused CBT, I offer practical skills for managing anxiety, depression, and eating disorders, with a strong emphasis on building emotional regulation and healthy thought patterns. I bring experience from group settings, schools, and mental health clinics, working primarily with adolescents, young adults, and couples. At the heart of my work is creating a supportive environment, where I meet you where you are with empathy and respect and help you develop the skills you need and build lasting progress. Let’s work together to help you feel grounded and empowered.
