Drawing on CBT, DBT, and trauma-focused CBT, I offer practical skills for managing anxiety, depression, and eating disorders, with a strong emphasis on building emotional regulation and healthy thought patterns. I bring experience from group settings, schools, and mental health clinics, working primarily with adolescents, young adults, and couples.
