Supportive, evidence-based therapy for adults and teens seeking relief from anxiety, trauma, depression, and emotional overwhelm.

I’m Alex, a licensed clinical psychologist who works with adults and teens experiencing anxiety, trauma, and emotional overwhelm. I take a collaborative, skills-focused approach rooted in evidence-based therapies, including CBT. Therapy with me is both supportive and active. We will work together to better understand patterns that keep you stuck and to build tools that help you live more fully. I value warmth, honesty, and practicality, and I strive to make therapy feel approachable and effective.
