Welcome! I am a clinician working with kids, teens, and young adults who are navigating all the triumphs, grief, and challenges that come with life.

Welcome! I am a resident in counseling specializing in serving youth, adolescents, young adults, adults, and parents who are facing a range of mental health challenges. I have specific expertise working with people experiencing, externalizing behaviors, life transitions, verbal/physical aggression, anxiety, trauma, and emotional dysregulation. My most recent work site provided me extensive experience with young adult clients who experienced significant life events, trauma, anxiety, or were just feeling lost and confused while trying to navigate the transition to adulthood. I offer individual, family, and group therapy! I spent the years prior to returning to school working at therapeutic summer camps and therapeutic boarding schools serving 8 - 18 year olds and their family's in various roles. I am beyond grateful to get to do the work I do and to work alongside each client's journey! Please don't hesitate to reach out and schedule an initial consultation call.
