Hello and thank you for reading my profile. I have been a practicing Social Worker for over 30 years. I currently provide individual therapy with people ages 13-65. I have experience with people of varying cultures, ethnicities, and life situations. I enjoy meeting new people and learning what makes them unique and how they have dealt with challenging situations in their life. I want to hear about your personal strengths, hopes, and dreams. I generally use the following treatment modalities: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Person-Centered, and Motivational Interviewing. I have extensive experience working with depression, anxiety, and life situations/changes. It takes courage and strength to reach out for help!
