Alexandra (Alex) Bohlman
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
I help adult individuals struggling and navigating anxiety, relationship dynamics, and life transitions. I want you to know that change is possible!
Hi, I’m Alex. I help young adults just like you: those who have it within them to trust and find their inner knowing and feel present and resilient, but just need the support to get there. I help my clients find confidence, safety, and awareness by equipping them with the tools they need to better understand themselves and others. We will examine how your concerns impact your body + mind and how to work on regulating your nervous system. Understanding the neuroscience of what is going on inside of you can help you feel less "out of control" and more in tune with yourself. My style is relational and embodies openness, warmth, and a non-judgmental presence. My approach to therapy is collaborative and oriented towards helping you create new patterns of behavior and cultivate connection and authenticity in alignment with your values.
