I utilize a solution-focused perspective on helping clients achieve their goals of addressing anxiety, depression and issues related to identity. LGBTQIA+

I have been a psychotherapist for over 10 years, specializing in helping clients resolve anxiety, depression, identity issues and relationship problems. I have experience working with individuals, couples and families around a variety of issues. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I enjoy providing affirming care to members of these communities as well as all other backgrounds. As a psychodynamic therapist, I help clients explore the origins of their symptoms as well as focus on how to resolve them. In addition to working in private practice near UW campus, I also do research with psychedelics at the University of Wisconsin Madison. I seek to create a safe space for clients to address the changes they seek to make in their life for increased wellbeing and happiness. I have background and experience utilizing mindfulness, meditation and clinical hypnosis.
