Alesha Morris

Alesha Morris, LICSW, is a dedicated clinical social worker in New Hampshire who focuses on helping individuals, couples, and families overcome life's hurdles using evidence-based strategies and compassion. She works collaboratively with her clients to establish meaningful goals and achieve sustainable change. Her clinical expertise includes the treatment of anxiety, PTSD/trauma, and childhood behavior issues, with a focus on building resilience and healthy coping mechanisms. Drawing from a robust background in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), brief solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care, Alesha supports her clients as they process past experiences to create a more peaceful future.
