I enjoy working with teens (13+) and adults. I often works with clients who are seeking therapy for relationship concerns, stress/anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I utilize Brainspotting, EMDR, TF-CBT, DBT, and IFS informed therapy. I enjoy helping her clients recognize somatic experiences and gain skills to improve regulation. I provide a welcoming space for her clients to embrace change and be their authentic selves.
