Helping you shed life’s constraints and explore new found freedom.

My specialty is working with students as they transition into adulthood and beyond. I have extensive experience working within schools and understand the stress and anxiety that is associated with this time period in life. I believe that every client deserves and non judgemental space to express themselves while challenging their thought patterns. I also enjoy helping clients find holistic ways to improve their daily function and overall health. I aim to counsel with an integrative model, blending principles and techniques primarily from Person-centered therapy with Cognitive Behavioral components. I also use a trauma-informed approach to better understand how life’s circumstances have impacted a person. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions in order to accommodate the needs of a wide array of clients.
