Therapy is not linear, and your journey is uniquely yours. I welcome anyone ready to start or continue their journey to bettering their mental well-being.

Hey! I'm happy you found your way here. Using an integrative and holistic approach to therapy, I work with teenagers and adults navigating different life transitions, anxiety, and depression, the effective and ineffective patterns in your life, exploring the relationships in your life (including the one you have with yourself), and learning healthy coping strategies. It's important to me that my clients understand that they're in a safe, judgment-free space as we work together. With an eye for rapport building and being person-centered, I look forward to using my training to work with you toward your therapeutic goals. I'll be honest and say that sometimes "life be life-ing." We're all humans trying to figure out life the best way we know how, and sometimes we need support to get through that as we push forward. Community is necessary to survive. Allow me to assist you with that.
