I specialize in working with late diagnosed neurodivergent women who are rediscovering who they are, or are truly discovering themselves for the first time. I understand personally what this is like and how disheartening it is to search for stability and consistency post burnout. As a late diagnosed AuDHD woman myself, I understand how jarring and hopeless it is to find yourself here without a map to get you back to your baseline. As a therapist and art therapist, I will help you navigate this unique grief while assisting you in discovering what matters to you most moving forward. You do not need to do this alone. In addition to neurodivergent support, I also provide continued care and maintenance for those post addiction treatment. I have been told I am a nonjudgemental, safe presence who offers kindness and direction without the need to add guilt or shame. My desire is to help you find your joy. I can offer a range of art therapy services tailored to diverse needs and have experience working in IOP, PHP, and OP programs that serve those struggling with addiction and their mental health. I believe in a non-judgmental therapeutic relationship and a harm reduction approach to addiction. My treatment is based on the needs of each individual and integrates elements of : neuroaffirming care, trauma-informed therapy, art therapy, DBT, strength-based therapy, CBT, REBT, ACT, and multicultural and social justice informed counseling practices.
