(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
I believe in the innate capabilities of my patients; through positive and negative life experiences, we develop awareness and resiliency.
I help with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I am well-versed in supporting patients to work through family and generation trauma, religious trauma, and process challenges associated with identity and breaking cycles of abuse. I use a holistic, patient-centered approach to understand my patient’s lived experiences and support them. We will work together using cognitive restructuring tools, psychodynamic therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused interventions to help you achieve your goals. Through positive and negative life experiences, we develop awareness and resiliency that can sometimes be challenging to tap into. As a California native, I was raised where an appreciation for creativity and the arts was fostered and encouraged. As a therapist, I value opportunities to connect uniquely and creatively with my patients through humor, art, a love of animals, and connecting with nature.
