I am a licensed psychologist specializing in the treatment of anxiety, OCD, traumatic stress, depression, and ADHD.

I’m a licensed psychologist with 10 years of experience specializing in the treatment of anxiety, OCD, traumatic stress, depression, and ADHD—issues that many college students face during this important and often stressful time of life. My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD, and Organizational Skills Training for ADHD. These tools help us make meaningful progress, especially when paired with a strong, supportive therapeutic relationship. My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can explore what’s going on, gain insight, and build practical skills to move forward. Whether you're navigating academic stress, identity questions, social pressures, or mental health challenges, therapy can be a space to feel understood and empowered. I offer online therapy across PSYPACT states (see the map here: https://psypact.gov/page/psypactmap) and in-person sessions in Durham, NC. I work with college students of all backgrounds and am an LGBTQ-affirming provider. I accept DSHIP insurance and offer flexible out-of-pocket and sliding scale options.
