I am committed to reducing human suffering and enhancing the experience of joy in life. I am a first generation Mexican American and first generation college and grad student. I enjoy supporting students through some of the challenges unique to first generation students. I welcome students of all identities and backgrounds. I have been in mental health practice since 2005. My treatment approaches are primarily Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing.
