Sometimes taking the first steps can seem difficult, but rest assured we'll take them together.

I primarily work with late teens, young adults, couples, and post-college adults who are struggling with ADHD, anxiety, and depression. One of my areas of specialization is co-parenting in challenging divorce cases. I am also receiving ongoing training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a third-wave cognitive behavioral therapy that has been proven effective in treating a wide range of mental health conditions. I don’t see you as broken, and I don’t want to fix you. Instead, therapy is a process of identifying and making small changes in our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that lead to healthier ways of living with ourselves and others. Sometimes taking the first step can feel difficult, but we’ll take it together.
