Adah (Kate) Rey
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Kate uses play therapy, art, and creative ways to help kids, teens, and families overcome stress and feel happier.
I’m genuinely passionate about helping children, teens, and families find a sense of peace, authenticity, and compassion in their lives. Many of the amazing people I work with face challenges like anxiety, picky eating, grief, anger, emotional ups and downs, and the weight of past experiences. It’s a journey we embark on together, and I’m here every step of the way. In our sessions, I use fun and engaging methods such as play, art, sand tray therapy, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral techniques to make our time together enjoyable and effective. With over ten years of experience working in schools, special education, juvenile courts, and private practice, I’ve had the honor of supporting many families through their journeys. My specialized training in Sand Tray Therapy, Play Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy allows me to create a warm, nurturing space for healing. If you or your loved ones are facing tough times, know that you are not alone—I’m here to help. Take a moment to visit my website for more details or to schedule a session. Let’s navigate this together!
