As a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I have extensive experience treating adults with a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, attention deficit disorder (ADD/ADHD), and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). My background includes work in diverse settings such as outpatient clinics, intensive outpatient programs, partial hospitalization programs, and mental health nursing facilities. I believe in delivering evidence-based, individualized care tailored to each patient’s unique needs. My approach integrates multiple treatment modalities to ensure effective, holistic care that supports long-term wellness. Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin), I value culturally responsive care and strive to make every patient feel understood and supported.
