Abigail (Abby) Verdugo
Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
Abby is an empathetic, supportive, and accepting therapist regardless of what you do or say. You deserve to be heard and validated.
Although every individual may come from a different background, we are all trying to make the most of what we get in life. One way to change our momentum is by helping each other. Abby is passionate about guiding and supporting individuals in understanding themselves. Life is hard, and Abby will meet you where you are and figure out your goals in therapy together. Sometimes, we do not process or grieve difficult experiences and develop trauma and coping mechanisms to protect us and cope with the difficulties of life. All behaviors and emotions have a purpose and tell us more about ourselves. Abby is an empathetic, supportive, and accepting therapist regardless of what you do or say. You deserve to be heard and validated. Through therapy, Abby discovered that she feels the most alive in nature. She loves being in the ocean, camping, cooking, walking, dancing, singing, and traveling! Abby's family and close friends are special to her, and she values feeling connected to others. Abby believes we each have unique strengths and the ability to heal ourselves doing things that we love.
