Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
I am a solution-focused therapist and I welcome and affirm clients of all identities and backgrounds!
Hello there! I truly believe that therapy only works when there is a strong bond between the client and the therapist. Not only is client / therapist relationship important to me, it is the core foundation of my private practice as well. My mission is to support, strengthen, and empower the clients through counseling and therapy so they can focus on what they do best—living their lives to the fullest through balance and mindfulness. My clinical work involves providing psychotherapy and counseling services to adolescents, adults, couples, and families and my specialties include dealing with clients with anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. My approach to therapy is person-centered, strength-based, solution-focused, and short-term (depending on the client's need). I understand that making the first move can be difficult. I offer a free 30-minute consultation (in person or by phone) so I encourage you to find your happiness and learn to put it first. It's okay to do you. If you face your flaws, you will notice the change and see the best side of you. I look forward to hearing from you!
