Hi, my name is Abby Schuldt. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in a private practice setting providing mental health services to teens, individuals, and couples. In my therapeutic approach, I draw from a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Narrative Therapy to create a personalized treatment plan that meets the unique needs of each individual or couple.
