Hello! Sometimes we can feel like the issues we struggle with are in the deepest layers of ourselves, sometimes we know there is a problem but don't yet have the words to describe it, and sometimes we just need help knowing ourselves. I tend to think about what might be in the roots of what we struggle with and though it can be a process that takes time and commitment it can be fulfilling as well.
