Intensive Outpatient (IOP)

We provide telehealth psychiatry, medication management, individual therapy, and virtual intensive outpatient programs throughout Arizona.

At Transitions Counseling and Consulting, we provide affordable, skilled mental health services for children, teenagers, and adults at convenient locations throughout Arizona. We are in-network with most major insurance plans and strive to provide first appointments within 5 days or less. Our caring team of professionals provide telepsychiatry, medication management, in-person and telehealth therapy, group therapy, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), and partial hospitalization programs (PHP) for a range of issues including depression, anxiety, ADHD, ASD, PTSD, borderline personality disorder, and self-harm. We voluntarily completed accreditation with The Joint Commission to demonstrate our commitment to the highest standards of patient safety and quality improvement.

Reserves times throughout the week for new clients after discharge from the hospital.

Adjusts scheduling to accommodate new clients after their hospitalization.
