Intensive Outpatient (IOP)

We provide a virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Arizona for teens and adults, accredited, in-network with insurance, and fully online.

Transitions Counseling and Consulting offers a fully remote, virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for teens and adults across Phoenix, Tucson, and all of Arizona. Our online IOP delivers the structure and support of a traditional outpatient program but entirely through our secure telehealth platform. This virtual IOP is ideal for individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, self-harm, or those transitioning from inpatient or partial hospitalization care. What’s included in our Arizona virtual IOP: 1. Individual therapy via telehealth 2. Group therapy led by licensed clinicians 3. Custom group therapy curriculum 4. Skills training and psychoeducation 5. Family support and aftercare planning Our online IOP program is accessible, flexible, and designed to fit your life, without sacrificing clinical quality. Our virtual IOP is in-network with major insurance plans, including Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), United Healthcare, Tricare, VA Community Care, and ChampVA. Now accepting virtual IOP clients across Arizona, including Phoenix, Tucson, Mesa, Glendale, Goodyear, Scottsdale, and Gilbert.

Reserves times throughout the week for new clients after discharge from the hospital.

Adjusts scheduling to accommodate new clients after their hospitalization.
