Intensive Outpatient (IOP)

Specializes ​in the treatment of eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and trauma. Serving clients of all genders and sexual orientations, ages 14 & up.

Our Eating Disorder Intensive Outpatient Program provides focused recovery support for eating disorders. This level of care is ideal for those who need more support than weekly therapy but want the flexibility to maintain their daily routines. What you can expect: Flexible Weekly Structure • 3+ hours per day, 3–7 days a week • Virtual and/or in-person options available Comprehensive Support • Group therapy sessions • Weekly 1:1 individual therapy • Weekly or biweekly one-on-one nutrition counseling Family & Supporter Integration • Teens (under 18) receive weekly family therapy • Adults can use their individual session for a parent, partner, or support person if desired Tailored to You • Every element of care is customized to meet your unique needs and recovery goals
