Partial Hospitalization (PHP)
Premier Outpatient Treatment Center for mood and trauma and co-occurring disorders offering PHP and IIOP treatment for adults.
Sierra at Southlake outpatient treatment center is available for clients stepping down from a residential treatment center as well as for those within the community seeking a higher level of care than traditional one on one counseling services or medication management. We offer PHP (Partial Hospitalization) and IOP (Intensive Outpatient) day treatment programs. The length of each level of care is individualized and determined based on every individual progress throughout treatment. All services provided are patient centered, strengths based, solution focused, trauma informed and supported by evidence and efficacy. Clients will engage in therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, Behavioral activation planning, Individual therapy, group therapy, medication management, EMDR and Somatic Experiencing as clinically appropriate. Lunch is provided to clients in PHP. All services are provided by master's clinicians. Medical services are provided by a Medical Doctor and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
