About Us: Serenity provides personalized intensive outpatient programming (IOP) with stepdown to outpatient for teens and young adults ages 14-28. Our IOP program is an effective option for individuals experiencing life disruption due to things like, anxiety, depression, self harm, social issues, life transitions or substance use. At Serenity, we understand how tough it can be to navigate these struggles, and provide a serene therapeutic space to connect, get support and make positive changes. We're a small, personalized program, and will work closely with you to create a treatment plan and schedule tailored to your unique needs. Our Services: IOP includes group therapy 3xs a week, individual therapy, family therapy, medication management, parent support, & more. After IOP, clients can step down to outpatient care an additional 3 months. Family involvement is a key part of our program.
