Partial Hospitalization (PHP)

Inner Haven Wellness offers flexible Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) for adolescents & adults with eating disorders.

Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP or Day Treatment) was built to serve individuals suffering with eating disorders in need of a higher level of care in a non-hospital environment. Our eating disorder PHP program in Wisconsin consists of clinical services delivered five days per week. This level of care is indicated for individuals in need of treatment services that are more intensive than outpatient therapy or an intensive outpatient program. The Inner Haven Wellness program is focused on skill building, utilizing modalities such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Individuals in our eating disorder outpatient treatment program will work to build the following capabilities: Mindfulness, Acceptance, Values Identification, Goal Setting, Commitment Action, Emotional Regulation, and Cognitive Defusion. During your time in our eating disorder intensive outpatient program, clients will also receive structured meal support, experiential programming and mindful movement, as well as weekly individual sessions with a therapist and dietitian.
