Intensive Outpatient (IOP)
We provide a personalized intensive outpatient program (IOP) tailored to your schedule, offering individual, group, and family therapy.
Charlie Health’s virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides personalized mental health care with no waitlist and flexible scheduling to fit around school and work. Our curated therapy groups are designed based on age, mental health conditions, and lived experiences, ensuring students receive the right support in small, intimate group settings. Each student is matched with a primary therapist for consistent individual care, along with group and access to family therapy. Our program runs six days a week, Monday-Saturday with morning, afternoon, and evening sessions available. Charlie Health accepts all insurance plans and supports a wide range of mental health conditions.
