Adoption Support Program

Camelot Community Care’s Adoption Support Program provides resources, guidance and counseling to families following their adoption. Once a forever family is formed, that bond is unbreakable. However, we understand that raising children who have experienced trauma can provide its own unique experiences and challenges. Camelot provides resources, guidance and counseling to families following their adoption. Our goal is to provide a smooth transition as forever families are formed, and on an ongoing basis as they continue to work through the joys and challenges of parenting a child who has experienced trauma. Check-ins take place regularly throughout the first year and services are available until the child’s 18th birthday.
