Altura’s Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is designed to offer a structured and supportive environment for individuals grappling with mental health and substance use challenges. Our IOP allows patients to receive intensive therapy while maintaining their daily responsibilities, such as work, school, or family obligations. This flexible approach is ideal for those who require more support than traditional outpatient therapy but do not need the full-time supervision of inpatient care.
