(She/Her/Hers)
Counselor, Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
I strive to have a very welcoming and respectful therapeutic atmosphere to make this process less intimidating and more enticing to focus on your goals.
One crucial part of the therapeutic process is having a strong connection. My focus is to provide a calming, safe, & comfortable environment for my clients to feel understood & not judged, to explore more about themselves throughout their therapeutic journey. Everyone has their own unique story & I strive to help you heal and allow for you to share your story the way YOU want to. I hope to offer the comfortability in being able to work towards your goals & enhancing the quality of life for yourself. I am EMDR trained and utilize this approach often with clients to help minimize distress that may have stemmed from past experiences. I specialize in providing a trauma focused approach, working with PTSD, anxiety & depression. Each individual is unique, & I take pride in individualizing my approaches and modalities based on the client I am working with. Seeking therapy can be an intimidating & challenging step to take. It's my intention is to allow the opportunity for you to share your own story, expand self-confidence in your life, and find healthy ways to navigate your emotions and feelings. You are not alone, and I am here to provide that stability & support for you.
