(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Hello! I provide compassionate and professional psychotherapy, using effective skills. I can bill Anthem Blue Cross UC SHIP.
Please contact me via the form on my website, not via MiResource or via phone. Thanks. I have about 25 years experience working as a therapist, clinical social work supervisor and program manager in community mental health agencies. I have specialized in working with teens and young adults. I use evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Therapy, IFS (parts work), Mindfulness, and trauma-informed interventions such as Brainspotting. I am especially skilled at assisting with anxiety, attachment wound repair and trauma recovery. I welcome clients of all backgrounds and identities to my practice.
