I offer therapy in Cantonese and English for adults and young adults. No matter what you're going through, I believe growth is possible with support.

Change can be scary and may force us to adapt quickly when we don't want to. Maybe you feel anxiety, guilt, shame, isolation, or feel like you have to continue the legacy bestowed upon you. You might feel like this is blocking you from growing. Be it a damaged relationship with your roots, needing to uproot and find a change of pace in life, or learning how to continue to find peace or tranquility where you are currently, you are not alone and you deserve to feel relief. I know how demanding it is when life feels completely out of your control. I dedicate myself to learning a person’s deep history, their perspectives, and trying to understand the person for who they are. I find enjoyment in helping a person find the path they’d like to grow towards. I became a therapist because I know what it's like to feel isolated. I understand the pressure from family or peers to be a type of way, to have the people in your life pull you left and right with unspoken expectations and cultural obligations, and to feel like there isn’t a place where you can be true to yourself. You are worthy of flourishing. I am here to listen and offer assistance through these hard transitions.
