Tiffany Perez
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
I believe strongly that every failure we endure in this life empowers us to learn and prepare for what’s next to come.
I provide both individual and family therapy services addressing a wide range of challenges. I work closely with my clients in identifying and creating obtainable goals that ultimately lessen the burden of symptoms brought on by distress. I apply mindfulness practices that incorporate trauma-informed aspects of yoga and hypnosis that allow clients to learn and grow as individuals, while emphasizing the integration of the mind, body, and spirit. I am also well trained in trauma-focused strategies, such as Trauma Incident Reduction Technique (TIR), Hypnosis, as well as, a certified yoga instructor.
